Con esta becaria podemos ver cómo se enamoró durante la carrera del rol que en la Justicia juega el Ministerio Fiscal, decidió para prepararse para ello y con disciplina, sacrificio y una excelente memoria ya está dentro de la carrera.

 

Mi nombre es Marta Hernández Merino y soy una de las becarias del curso 2014/2015, de las primeras promociones de becas.

 

Recuerdo ese año con enorme ilusión, porque empezaba a estudiar Derecho en la Universidad de Málaga y, por otro lado, recuerdo la emoción y el orgullo que sentía al ver que mi esfuerzo se materializaba en una BECA AMUM. 

 

Por aquel entonces, no conocía AMUM, y hoy puedo afirmar con absoluta franqueza que estas mujeres, tras valorar mi expediente académico, y considerarme merecedora de una de esas becas, fueron el primer impulso para el desarrollo de mi carrera profesional, que ha culminado o mejor, empezado, el día 23 de noviembre de 2023, con mi aprobado en las pruebas de acceso para la Carrera Judicial y Fiscal. Destacar que la oposición es común actualmente para jueces y fiscales. Yo elegí fiscal. 

 

Desde pequeña siempre me habían apasionado las leyes, los profesionales de la Justicia que veía en tantas series y películas y, a medida que fui creciendo, me fue obsesionando cada vez más este mundo. 

 

En el instituto ya tenía claro que nada más acabar el Bachillerato estudiaría Derecho, por las siguientes razones: es una de las carreras más antiguas, que más futuro tienen, porque se adapta a los cambios sociales y siempre será necesaria para resolver los problemas de la convivencia humana. Nada escapa a las leyes, reglamentos, tratados, contratos… lo que hace el Derecho es resolver problemas, aportar soluciones. Y, también, impartir justicia. 

 

La carrera duró 4 años, desde 2014 a 2018, y ya en tercero de carrera conocí y estudié la figura del Fiscal y sus funciones con mayor detenimiento. Y supe que ese era mi camino, así que en enero de 2019 empecé a opositar. Mi oposición ha durado 4 años, 10 meses y 23 días. Ha sido duro pero todos y cada uno de esos días han valido el sacrificio y la dedicación. Y porque opositar te enseña grandes cosas, pero eso es otro tema.

 

Amo el que va a ser mi trabajo para el resto de mi vida y, a todas las que tengáis un sueño, por muy difícil que os parezca, trabajadlo. Gracias a AMUM por ser ese primer impulso y por la posibilidad de escribir hoy que los sueños no se cumplen, se trabajan.

I remember that year with great enthusiasm, because she began to study Law at the University of Malaga and, on the other hand, I remember the emotion and pride I felt when I saw that my effort materialized in an AMUM SCHOLARSHIP.

 

At that time, I did not know AMUM, and today I can affirm with absolute candor that these women, after evaluating my academic record, and considering me worthy of one of those scholarships, were the first impetus for the development of my professional career, which has culminated or Better yet, it started on November 23, 2023, with my passing in the access tests for the Judicial and Fiscal Career. Note that opposition is currently common for judges and prosecutors. I chose prosecutor.

 

Since I was little I had always been passionate about the law, the Justice professionals that I saw in so many series and movies and, as I grew older, I became more and more obsessed with this world.

 

At the institute it was already clear to me that as soon as I finished high school I would study Law, for the following reasons: it is one of the oldest careers, with the most future, because it adapts to social changes and will always be necessary to solve the problems of society. human coexistence. Nothing escapes the laws, regulations, treaties, contracts... what the Law does is solve problems, provide solutions. And, also, provide justice.

 

The degree lasted 4 years, from 2014 to 2018, and already in the third year of my degree I met and studied the figure of the Prosecutor and his functions in greater detail. And I knew that was my path, so in January 2019 I started taking the exam. My opposition has lasted 4 years, 10 months and 23 days. It has been hard but each and every one of those days has been worth the sacrifice and dedication. And because opposition teaches you great things, but that is another topic.

 

I love what is going to be my job for the rest of my life and, to all of you who have a dream, no matter how difficult it may seem to you, work on it. Thanks to AMUM for being that first impulse and for the possibility of writing today that dreams are not fulfilled, they are worked on.
